The Brunswick-Balke-Collender Co. 1923 and 1924 Catalogue
This catalogue has been out of print for ten years. We have been lucky enough to get a limited quantity of this important piece of billiards history. This catalogue is comprised of 68 pages, measuring 13.5" x 9.5". It is a high quality reproduction of Brunswick's original catalog with many tables pictured (including The Aviator, Wilmington, Madison, Regal, Regina, Rochester, Arcade, and Sterling) including technical information about each. Table photos are in color.
This catalogue is a reproduction of the 1923 and 1924 Brunswick-Balke-Collender Co. catalogue. In the early pages, it details the history of the company as well as shows pictures of the various deparements and factories the company has. It explains the Monarch cushions on the table as well as how the billiard table is constructed.
The catalogue also details billiard table equipment and cues. The catalogue shows the various products available at this time. It pictures 9 tables available and also shows the ball return system available at that time. Other features include shuffle boards, Brunswick cues, cue racks, cue cabinets, coat closets, ball racks, show case counters, cigar cases, cigar fixtures for billiard rooms, chairs and opera seating, soda fountains, and soda fountain back bars. The last pages of the book features pictures of billiard halls equipped by the company. Interestingly enough, the back cover includes telegraph codes for questions.
